HeartMath^® 1 on 1 Licensing Program for Coaches and Health Practitioners

The HeartMath^® 1 on 1 Licensing Program is for professional counsellors, therapists, health professionals and others who work with individual clients in one-to-one relationship.

By becoming licensed in HeartMath’s 1 on 1 program, you can offer your clients a quick and effective way to reduce stress and achieve emotional balance and peak performance.

This in-depth program trains professionals to teach core HeartMath tools and techniques, encourage clients to integrate the tools into their everyday lives, and effectively share the impressive research that supports the HeartMath method. Because HeartMath is respected in many different fields, it offers professionals the added benefit of being recognised as a Licensed HeartMath 1 on 1 Provider.

The Licensing process is made up of self-directed study, telephone coaching and a face to face certification two-day workshop.
